Dashboard Design

This is a complete revamp project aimed at improving the user experience for a portable (responsive) real-time digital health solution. The product focuses on Patient Surveillance, with the primary goal of minimizing the number of clicks needed to accomplish tasks.

Through our research, we learned that physicians, nurses, and doctors do not enjoy or have the time to click through multiple screens to get the information they need. They want everything displayed on a single screen, and that is the goal we are striving to achieve in this project.

Sprint 1 : Laying the Foundation for Patient-Centered Surveillance

Redesign the patient monitoring dashboard to minimize cognitive load, reduce clinical errors, and accelerate access to critical care data.

Sprint 2: Streamlining ICU Task Management & Clinical Rounding

After establishing dashboard clarity in Sprint 1, Sprint 2 prioritized clinical task execution, rounding workflows, and handoff efficiency to improve team coordination and reduce care delays.

Sprint 3: Clinical Data Visualization & Chart Interpretation

With navigation and task flows streamlined in Sprints 1 and 2, Sprint 3 focused on making lab and vital data more actionable through visualizations and intelligent charting.

Sprint 4: Risk Scoring, Filtering, and Prognostic Decision Support

Sprint 4 advanced the system’s intelligence by integrating clinical scoring models, temporal visualizations, and smart filtering tools to improve patient stratification and prioritization.
